General Terms

The General Terms apply to all sections of the site.

1. Do not use any of the items on the site for commercial purposes. The items are for personal use only.
2. Do not claim any of the material as your own. Ownership belongs solely to Animara.org and the original owners of images used in the materials.
3. Users may only use designated materials in the Designs, Icons, Wallpapers and Renders sections. All other sections are to remain only on the site unless given written permission to duplicate elsewhere.
4. Direct linking, otherwise known as Hot Linking, of any material(s) on the site is prohibited. Such a violation will be viewed as theft and due action will be taken.
5. Do not redistribute the material found on this site. Doing so will constitute theft and appropriate action will be taken.
6. The administrators reserve the right to change the Terms at any point without notice.
7. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions can and will result in legal action.

Fanfiction

1. No part of the copyright of original works is claimed by the site or administration. Likewise, original characters, plots, and situations are copyright to Animara.org.
2. Do not copy, in whole or part, any stories found on the section. To do so will be considered plagiarism and legal action will be taken.

Designs

1. Credit links are to remain on the layouts and under no circumstances should they be removed.
2. Do not use parts or the code as a whole for other works. Such an act will be considered theft, and will be dealt with appropriately.
3. Do not edit the layouts, except for content, without first obtaining written permission.
4. Redistribution of any of the designs are forbidden without prior written permission.

Graphics | Wallpapers & Icons

1. The graphics are not to be used as templates. Do not edit them in any way, shape, or form without prior approval.
2. Do not claim them as your own and do not redistribute them without permission.

Resources | Renders & Textures

1. A link back for credit is required when using a part or the entirety of the resource(s).
2. Alterations are allowed when using the resource(s).

Tutorials

1. Credit back is appreciated for tutorials found useful, but not required.
2. Do not redistribute the tutorials, in whole or part.
3. Do not claim them as your own.
